Group Therapy

You don't have to
work through this alone.

Group therapy offers something individual therapy can't — the experience of being truly understood by people living a version of the same thing. These groups are small, carefully curated, and led with the same thoughtfulness I bring to individual work.

Why group therapy?

One of the most powerful things that happens in a group is realizing you're not the only one. The shame that's been keeping something locked inside you loosens when someone else says "me too" — and means it.

Group therapy also gives you the chance to practice something in real time: being vulnerable with people you don't already trust. That's different from talking to a therapist, and it's different from talking to your friends. It's closer to the actual conditions of your life.

All groups are virtual, small (6 people max), and run as process groups — meaning we follow what's alive in the room rather than a fixed curriculum.

More groups coming.

I'm planning additional groups based on what I'm seeing in my practice. If there's a topic you'd find valuable — teen burnout, identity and relationships, life transitions — I'd love to hear from you. Groups form when the right people find each other.
