What we can
work on together

Across all of my work, the aim is the same: greater mental flexibility and resilience — the awareness to see what's happening, the openness to engage with it, and the capacity to keep moving toward what matters.

I work with people who want to go below the surface. Not just manage symptoms, but actually understand and shift the patterns underneath. If you're ready to be challenged and do real work, we'll probably be a good fit.

Individual Therapy

For high-achievers, deep thinkers, and people who are self-aware enough to know something needs to shift — but haven't been able to get there alone. Depth-oriented work for adults navigating burnout, performance pressure, identity, relationships, and major transitions. My approach is direct and collaborative. I'll challenge you, I'll be honest with you, and I'll be genuinely invested in your growth. We'll probably laugh sometimes too.

Adolescent Therapy

For teenagers who are smart, capable, and under enormous pressure — and the adults around them who are trying to figure out how to help. A lot of the teens I work with are high-achieving kids who look fine on paper but are quietly exhausted, anxious, or struggling underneath. I understand that world. I'm also experienced working with teens when things have gotten more serious — if your family is in a hard moment, I'm comfortable holding that complexity.

Family Therapy

For families navigating a hard stretch together — supporting a teenager through a difficult time, working through patterns that keep showing up, or trying to communicate across a genuine divide. I work with families as a system, looking at what's happening between people, not just within them. The goal is to shift how you function together so everyone has more room to breathe.

Parent Coaching

Parenting is hard at every stage — not just when your kids are teenagers. Whether you're navigating a difficult moment with a young child, supporting a teen through something serious, or figuring out how to stay connected to a young adult finding their own way, the questions are often the same. Parent coaching is about becoming the parent you want to be — and the parent your child actually needs. Those two things don't always feel compatible, but that's exactly what we work toward. I work with parents of children of all ages, including adult children.

Psychedelic Preparation & Integration

More people than ever are turning to psychedelic experiences — psilocybin, ketamine, ayahuasca, MDMA — as a catalyst for healing and insight. The experience itself is only part of the work. Psychedelics open a window of neuroplasticity — a period when the brain is more flexible and new patterns can actually take hold. What you do with that window matters. I offer preparation and integration support for adults planning or who have completed a psychedelic journey — helping you clarify intentions, make meaning of what emerged, and translate insights into lasting change before that window closes. I hold a certification in psychedelic-assisted therapy.

Clinical Consultation

For clinicians, supervisors, and other mental health professionals seeking consultation on complex cases, ethical dilemmas, or clinical decision-making. I bring an integrative, emotion-focused lens alongside experience with high-acuity presentations, adolescents, and families. I'm direct, collaborative, and genuinely enjoy thinking through hard cases with other thoughtful clinicians.

Psychological assessments.

I will soon be offering comprehensive psychological assessments for adults and adolescents — including evaluations for ADHD, learning differences, and other cognitive and emotional concerns.

Assessments provide a clear, detailed picture of how someone thinks, learns, and processes — information that is often clarifying for clients who have spent years not quite understanding why certain things are hard, and invaluable for navigating school, work, and treatment decisions.

Details coming soon — reach out if you'd like to be notified.

Is this
right for you?

My practice works best for people who are:

Ready to do real work — not just vent, but actually look at themselves honestly
Insightful and motivated — you don't need to have it figured out, but you need to want to
Okay with being challenged — I'll be warm and I'll be in your corner, but I won't just validate everything
Looking for a real relationship — a therapist who shows up as a real person, not just a professional
Investing in themselves — my practice is private pay, and I work with people who see that investment as part of the commitment to doing this seriously

I work with adults and adolescents. A significant part of my practice is teens and families — specifically high-achieving kids under academic and social pressure, and parents trying to support them without losing themselves in the process. I also have deep expertise in crisis, suicidality, and self-harm — if that's part of what's happening, I'm not someone who shies away from it.
