A small, confidential process group for people who are overextended, burned out, and ready to stop pretending they're fine.
One of the hardest things about burning out as a high achiever is the isolation of it. You look around at your colleagues and everyone seems to be managing. You don't want to say the wrong thing to the wrong person. And the people in your personal life — as much as they care — don't quite get what it's like to be inside this.
This group exists to change that. It's a space to be honest about what's actually happening — the exhaustion, the confusion, the guilt, the fear — with people who are living a version of the same thing.
This is a process group, which means we're not following a curriculum or checking off a list. We're talking. We're listening. We're finding out what it means to actually be seen by someone who gets it.
You've always been the capable one — and lately you can barely function
You know something has to change but you don't know what or how
You can't talk to coworkers about this, and your personal life is the last place you want to bring it
You're successful on paper and deeply unfulfilled in practice
You've been waiting for things to get better on their own — and they haven't
The group runs on a rolling basis with a 8-week minimum commitment. Add your name below and I'll reach out to schedule a free 20-minute call and see if it's a good fit.
Individual Therapy & Leave Support
Many group members also work with me individually. The two complement each other: individual therapy goes deeper into what’s personal, while the group offers something individual therapy can’t — the experience of not being alone in it.
For clients whose burnout has reached the point where stepping back from work is warranted, I also provide leave documentation — FMLA, CFRA, and California SDI/EDD — as part of ongoing treatment. Several current group members are on leave or recently returned from it.
