I offer a complimentary 20-minute consultation to see whether we're a good fit. There's no pressure and no commitment — just a chance to talk honestly about what you're looking for and whether this feels like the right space for you.
My practice is fully virtual, serving clients throughout California and Colorado.

Common Questions
I'll reach out within 24 hours — usually the same day — to schedule a free 20-minute consultation. That call is a chance for us to talk about what's going on and whether working together feels like a good fit. There's no pressure and no commitment involved.
It's a 20-minute phone or video call. I'll ask what's bringing you in, tell you a bit about how I work, and we'll have a genuine conversation about whether this feels right. You're welcome to ask questions too. If we're both a good fit, we'll schedule a first session. If not, I'm happy to offer referrals.
My practice is private pay. I don't bill insurance directly, but I can provide a superbill after each session that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many PPO plans reimburse a portion of out-of-network therapy. I recommend calling the member services number on the back of your insurance card to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits before we begin.
I am currently licensed in California and Colorado, with pending licensure in Massachusetts. All sessions are conducted via telehealth, so I can work with clients anywhere in those states.
That's completely fine — the consultation is exactly for that. You don't need to have a clear diagnosis or know what kind of therapy you're looking for. Just share what's going on and we'll figure out together whether and how I can help.
Yes. For clients whose mental health condition warrants it, I provide documentation for FMLA, CFRA, and California SDI/EDD leave — including the medical certification forms required by HR departments. This is part of ongoing treatment, not a standalone service. If you're considering medical leave for burnout, anxiety, or a related condition, this is something we can discuss in our work together.
